love this place - always order it to be delivered and have never been disappointed.

Try the lobster roll..ya, does not suck.

Here's to the nay-sayers - Too expensive, trying paying a lease on space in the lower mainland...bad service, not sure what one has to say or attitude one has to have to get bad service, but I have NEVER had bad service, always so happy to see me and grateful for my business.

It was good, but for almost $50, it was too expensive for some basic run of the mill sushi. We're more likely to order Chinese next time. For $40 we can eat for days.

The sushi was pretty good though, but nothing special. The miso was nice, but really, it's miso, should be a dollar, not $1.75.

Delivery guy set up the debit machine to ask for additional tip and argued when I mentioned it was already included.
Failed to say that the "Spicy" option was just the roll of choice drowned in hot sauce. Not very appealing. Will not order again.

The app needs improvement. When entering the address the apartment number was removed. The drivers receipt had the wrong phone number on it. If I didn't come downstairs, he wouldn't have delivered to me. All issues are from the online ordering

food is okay however by far the worse customer service ever. Ordered for delivery bento box D where we selected chicken teriyaki for it but received a sashimi dish we would not eat. when we called to let inform them and ask for the right dish the lady on the phone told us that it does not come with chicken teriyaki. The photo of the dish has chicken teriyaki, we selected specifically the protein of chicken teriyaki and our email confirmation also said chicken teriyaki however they lady argued with us for 15 minutes about it not including the chicken teriyaki and would only say their website ordering system was incorrect and basically it was too bad for us. After a long frustrating phone call of them saying we were wrong we unfortunately had to get quite mad and they finally brought the correct dish we ordered. I asked for our tip to be given back but they did not bring it when they returned. Advise to ownership: do not argue with your customers when you are in the wrong and we have proof of what we ordered. Also fix your website like you said you would on the phone!
