Great food at great prices! My only feedback would be to move away from styrofoam containers for take out.

The staff who took my order seems to not understand what I wanted done to my chicken. I wanted my Bento chicken's skin crispy but instead she gave me the breaded chicken. Its not the first time it happened but the 2nd time already. I had to drive back from home to the restaurant and explained myself again. Once I got there the staff didn't even apologies they just immediately grab my food that I ordered and took it back to the kitchen (who knows if they even threw the food away or recycled it to serve it to another customer) They didn't even bothered asking if I would like another Bento but instead they just gave my money back immediately and not deal with me anymore. I asked to speak to the manager but they said she wasn't around. The food is excellent but the staff needs to go! If i was the manager or owner of this place I will not tolerate this type of staff and damage the restaurant's reputation. I will never go to this restaurant again!!!

I ordered, a vegetarian meal (tofu bento box)for my daughter. She is actually a vegetarian.
Unfortunately there was a mix up, and when she opened her meal it was meat..
Everything else was good.
